Ultra-Slim, keeper(picker)-less Sewing Arm

HCU2’s keeper-less (picker-less) sewing arm arm design gives it the slimmest profile in the industry, which makes embroidery easier in tight tubular areas, such as sleeve cuffs, pockets, wristbands, gloves, and more. It also increases the usable sewing area on finished ballcaps.

Easy Touchscreen Control Panel

Digital Tension

Take the guesswork out of the most important setting in embroidery for producing quality stitches over a wide variety of items. Instead of traditional knobs and springs, tension can be easily set with the press of a button, with digital precision. The machine can even remember your custom tension settings, making it easy to manage settings for different kinds of embroiderable goods.

Automatic Fabric Thickness Detection System

This system determines material thickness with the use of the digital presser foot system, compensating automatically on-the-fly without user intervention. This reduces operator workload when dealing with complex embroidery workloads with varying garment types.
